Semifinals: 5th place vs 8th place, 6th vs 7th will play in Tier2. 1st place vs 4th place, 2nd vs 3rd play for Tier 1 standings. 9th place will challenge a team of their choice to a rematch.

Final round to play for standings in Tier 1 and Tier 2. 9th place will challenge a team of their choice to a rematch.
