Housekeeping Rules -
There's a growing list of people who sit on their spot and never reply or pay. It used to be less than a handful but it's now growing. It's not fair to those on the waitlist or myself. I feel horrible removing people knowing you worked so hard to get a spot. Please try to be responsible or responsive if you can.
I'm also getting additional help reconciling payments for events. Please put the date, location and time (eg 1/1 MS172 6pm) in the payment notes. Putting Tues is not enough. There's multiple sessions happening on the same day. If your payment name differs from your meetup name, please specify that in the notes. Truly appreciate everyone's efforts! Thank you!
